24.01.2022 Today Daniel and myself teamed up to install this little beauty. The customers werent happy with how long it took to get hot water in their ensuite, the solar hot water is located on the opposite side of the house, our solution was to install this Thermann 20 6 star instantaneous hot water to service the en-suite. Now theres hot water on demand almost instantly. Give me a call to discuss your plumbing issue.

21.01.2022 Today we finally buttoned up this new roof. This one is in the middle of a paddock and weve fought wind and rain, mainly wind, to get it finished so we can move forward with the cladding....... did I mention it was windy??!!

21.01.2022 Its been along time between posts, for that Im sorry but rest assured weve had plenty of work going on and have completed quite a few good looking jobs. One such job, Daniel the apprentice completed today was this hot water service relocation. He moved it from one side of the house ( where it was illegally installed) to the other, where it now complies with the regulations. Ive gotta say, he does some great work and this is but a sample..... great job mate, keep it up!!

18.01.2022 After the glorious day at the beach on Tuesday, we were back playing in the mud..... this time replacing some blocked effluent lines on a septic sewer system. We battled boggy ground and a tight schedule to complete the job..... Im glad winter is nearly over..

17.01.2022 Everyone meet Kellan, Kellan meet everyone!! Kellan is mid-way through his third week with Daniel and myself and thus far is keeping true to our philosophy of quality over quantity.. The boys were let loose without me today, installing a rainwater tank to feed the kitchen taps and Im pleased to say they nailed it yet again. 16.01.2022 Its getting to that time of year again when it feels like the world will end on the 25th..... before it does ( or doesnt) we managed to finish this big job. Weve replace some concealed box gutters with new colourbond fascia and spout. In doing this we needed to replace the eave sheets and rebuild and replace lots and lots of rotten timbers. Special thanks go out to Richard from R J Jeffreys carpentry and joinery for the chop out. One more ticked off of the list, plenty more to be done.

14.01.2022 Well kids, thats a wrap for 2019. What a great year, weve done some killer jobs for some great people and Id like to thank everybody for trusting us to handle their plumbing and maintenance jobs this year. A big thank you to the apprentice Daniel Kis, mate youve gone ahead leaps and bounds and without your dedication to the job and the company, wed be nowhere. Youve given me a renewed passion for the job, something that I was ready to walk away from!! Keep up the great work Weve made a few little changes that will see us bigger and better in 2020, so watch this space!! To all our customers, page followers and the lurkers too, Merry Christmas and have a safe and happy new year. We are taking a short break to spend time with family and friends but fear not, well be back on tools on the 6th of January.

14.01.2022 Wrapped up this roof fascia and gutter today. Thanks go out to Daniel Kis and Brenton Jones for working over the weekend to help smash this out. Any one would think I like roofing lately.......I dont!! But its all work.

If you have a great work ethic, a keen eye for detail, DONT have a drug habit, realise you wont make a million bucks as an apprentice but are potentially gaining skills for life, then this could be the job for you......... 12.01.2022 This was our view today........ it was such a change to be working in the sun! We needed to replace this poorly installed box gutter and alter the supports to ensure it had the correct fall back to the rain head..... gee the sun was nice.......cant wait for summer.

07.01.2022 Essentially having your sewer connected and free of blockages is essential...... here we are replacing a sewer jump up and adding a new sewer point for a subdivision we are about to start.

06.01.2022 So today we had the displeasure of fixing this second stage gas regulator that had been incorrectly installed (read poorly installed by numpties). We were called to this job to rectify a hot water problem, this was fixed but on commissioning of the unit we found low gas pressure, meaning the new hot water service wouldnt operate correctly. This is what we found when we attempted to adjust the supply regulator..... the last photo is how it should be installed! When you want the job done right, give us a call!

05.01.2022 This is the latest job that has kept us busy. We got this job with the demolition already done. The laundry, toilet and bathroom had suffered from severe mould due to the shower leaking and the laundry being flooded. We replaced all wall linings in the affected areas, installed new porcelain floor tiles through out and new wall tiles. Essentially we renovated the three wet areas with new joinery by RJ Jeffries carpentry & joinery and the team at Scotts Plumbing & Maintenance Services handled the rest........ this was a full team/ family effort and the final results were worth all of the stress!!

04.01.2022 Welcome to 2019..... and to ease in to the year, we hit the ground running. One job thats kept us busy is this insurance job on all the wet areas in this house. The tenants were kind enough to leave a leaking toilet go for long enough to ruin the chipboard flooring in all of the wet areas. We replaced the flooring, the bottom plates of the stud wall and fully renovated the laundry, toilet, bathroom and new benchtops to the existing kitchen. Thanks go out to, spokes plastering, Luke Burton painting, summers electrical and RJ jeffreys carpentry and joinery.

03.01.2022 Today we finally got to finish installing the wall cladding on this new build. 238 square metres of cladding and 215 meters of flashings later shes all done. This one fought us all of the way, from delays with windows to fighting the wind and even getting bogged in the driveway!! Its all been worth it just to see it finished.

02.01.2022 What a cracking start to the year, heaps of work for both new and existing customers. We had a site visit recently from one of the smallest site supervisors Ive ever seen, he came to check the apprentice Daniel was keeping the standards high..... while he doesnt look convinced, I can assure you, the quality of work was top notch
