03.01.2022 ANZAC Day 2020 This years ANZAC day service as it is the 200 years of the Nurse and it has been designated The International Year of The Nurse, as well as it is the 100 year of operation of The North Eastern Soldiers Memorial Hospital at Scottsdale. We have decided to honor all Ex military nurses and nurses who have looked after Ex Service personal when they returned from all conflicts by asking all nurses and ex nurses in the district to march as a group on ANZAC day as we...ll there will be a guest speaker to the service on the day. So if you are an ex military or a nurse who has worked at NESM or aged care facilities in the area and would like to attend and march as part of the group ( we invite you to do so in uniform either current or from the past) please contact us to register your interest. Also the Military Museum will be open with displays in honor of our nurses and if you have any photos or memorabilia that can be used again please contact us.
