25.01.2022 Shout out to a few clients crushing their training at the moment Firstly, in person client, Charis Krawczyk crushed a 90kg squat for 6 today - best squat since having her second child, previous best pre-baby was 110kg so well on track to beat her all time best squat. Secondly, online client, J DotLaw Son, has put 10kg on his bench press in the last 2 months!

18.01.2022 Client Transformation Charis came back to training after giving birth to her second baby. Through a carefully structured strength training plan over the last 16 weeks Charis has lost over 13kg, a total of 55cm from her measurements and 45mm on her skinfolds. In this time her strength has also increased on a weekly basis, beating her numbers every single week on every exercise.... I'm so proud of all my clients for the work they've put in this year and the results they've achieved and also so thankful for the continued support throughout this year regardless of the ups and downs thrown at us! 13.01.2022 4 training weeks with Steve and we've gone from a 200kg single on the Trap Bar to 200kg for three reps. We are now going to move into a squat focus for the next cycle of our training plan before returning to Deadlifts as the primary exercise. All training should be focused on some form of progression, if you want a structured approach to your training get in touch and we'll get the ball rolling.
