It’s a matter preparing to win which is more important Well Saturday seen me out at Chinchilla cutting 3 bodies of beef up. 910kg of meat went over the cutting bench throughout the day and found its way into the customers cold room all sliced up to there likening. The best is yet to come Last couple of days has been pretty busy with work. Tuesday seen me near Proston cutting up 2 really nice heifers. They where 10 month old still on mum but had plenty on size in them for there age with beautiful marbelling going though meat.
