19.01.2022 Did a few gar for a few change today.. first time since November lessons.. pumped em out quick smart!! 5 butterflied fillets in 55 seconds! Normal cruising speed is 4/minute. 13.01.2022 So it's confirmed! I will be processing bluefin tuna for fishos in the tuna comp at victor harbour feb 6-7 th. I may also be doing a small demo of other species to give a taste of the Scotty's Seafood School experience!

At this stage I'm p looking at the 10th, 17th, 24th and the 31st of January. all Sundays. come and learn to process your own fish and take a feed home for dinner afterwards.

04.01.2022 First lesson of Scotty's Seafood School at henley beach was a GREAT SUCCESS. Garfish, silver whiting, salmon trout, rainbow trout, flathead and squid were processed by all attendees.. everyone took home a huge feed as we had way more fish than needed due to two late withdrawals.. lesson went for about 4hours in the end we had so much:) some great fillets were produced by all and it was awesome seeing everyone stepping up and having a go.. well done pupils!!!

Book a lesson for January 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st and learn how to butterfly those garfish that are everywhere at the moment. Or learn how to produce beautiful skinless boneless flathead fillets for some of the best fish you've ever eaten!!
