23.01.2022 Campwest registrations have officially opened!! Seven days and six nights of amazing fun and activities for the youth, commencing Saturday 30th September to Friday 6th October and being held at Manjedal Activity Centre!! Lots of great ways for Leaders, Rovers, Venturers and adult helpers to be a part of the fun, make new friends and catch up with old ones with a range of roles to volunteer in. ... Costs for Campwest as follows: Scouting youth - $480 Leaders, Rovers, Venturers and Adult helpers - $280 Let the registrations begin!! 22.01.2022 Campwest is 5 sleeps away and our volunteers are busy getting everything finalised for what is going to be an amazing camp for everyone attending!!!! Badge swapping is one of the awesome activities that your Scout (or Leaders/volunteers) are able to participate in!!! Information in the flyer below, including contact details and rules for swapping.... See you there!!!!!

22.01.2022 The Campwest Committee are continuing to work on the budget so that we can set a cost for the camp. We are endeavouring to keep the cost as low as possible and are confident that we can get it to around $450 $500. At this stage, this cost is an estimate however we are advising you of this so that you have an indication of amount to fundraise towards.... We will confirm the exact cost as soon as it has been approved. 11.01.2022 Resilience Research | Youth Member Feedback Survey Closes | 31 August 2019 Big Chance to Win 1 of 3 JB Hi-Fi Vouchers Scouts WA has achieved a magnificent r...esponse to our request for our youth members from Cub Scouts to Rover Scouts to participate in the Scouts Australia research survey about the impact that Scouting has on young Australians and we thank everyone who has been able to complete the survey so far For this research to be accurate, we need feedback from as many youth members as possible....real and honest feedback on what our amazing youth members think of the scouting program and what they get out of it The more who participate in the survey, the better and more accurate our results will be, which will help us spread the word about how and why Scouts is so great for all youth to participate in From feedback received, we will be able to measure in real terms the difference that taking part in the Scouting Program makes for our young people's personal character development, leadership capacity, and emotional resilience as well as so many other things. With less than two weeks to go until the survey closes on 31 August 2019, it is important that those who have not yet completed the survey do it If your Group or Section hasn't yet taken part in the survey, now is the time to do it and please, let us know if you need help so we can help out AND DON'T FORGET Everyone that completes the survey has a chance to win one of three great JB Hi-Fi vouchers!!
