24.01.2022 Last night my brain just wasn’t in the game.. I was joining in a Blind Scrap crop however, I was making up, changing words & missing instructions.... But I really wanted to do something crafty.. So I went back to the very basic of basics and put together bulk lot of simple Christmas cards that will be sent as part of a swap group.. 24 made so far..

21.01.2022 Being creative & using our imagination - escaping into our little worlds comes in different forms... As you’ve all seen my youngest Hunter likes to craft with me and does his own projects too.. He also has a great ear & feel for beats & rhythm.. He has been playing the Guitar & Drums for a few years and has an almost perfect attendance record for Dance & Drama over the past 5yrs.. Today he was award the Male Performer of the Year at the DDD end of year concert.. Even through lockdown & lesser restrictions he never eased up.. He loves to put on shows here at home too..

19.01.2022 Yesterday was very productive at my craft desk!! I got some swaps done, an upcoming challenge blog DT project & tidied up after I noticed how messy it was in the live vid.. Plenty more cards & a layout made using the Twitchit Craft Kits - Deep Blue Sea kit.. Today however has not been as crafty.. I’ve enjoyed spending some family time with my boys, making plans for our upcoming holiday & of course catching up on housework..

12.01.2022 Lazy Scrapping series - layout 1b - Time Lapse video.. THANK YOU for joining me for my first live in the Lazy Scrapping series.. As promised, here is a second layout with the same design, couple extra layers and using different paper collection.. Although this is a fabulous layout with the Celebr8 - Stargazer collection, I really should have inked the edges, as it would have made it all pop even more!!

07.01.2022 So proud of sitting back & watching Hunter put this together last night.. He had to make a diagram / poster of the planets.. He did all this himself! I only helped to cut out the circles (he did a couple, but struggled when they got smaller) and I taped up the backside of the pages together.. Literally, that’s all I did! He searched the order & colour.. He sprayed the background, stuck everything on.. I was in awe watching him! He was about 2 planets in and asked to star...t a video.. Obviously we didn’t, but thought I’d share the finished result instead.. The 3 tiny planets are some of the Dwarf planets.. He loves those little suckers... He was telling me all about where the biggest Astroid Belts are.. He was going to put some dark dots on there for them, but forgot.

04.01.2022 As I’ve said many times, Creativeness comes in many different forms.. Thanks to Surfers Paradise Wax Hands for helping Hunter put together a special design today!! We are in the Gold Coast, spending some much needed quality family time together..

04.01.2022 When you wake at 7:05am and realise you completely forgot ro make the two coaches cards that you committed to last week... Have to do all the normal morning chores & leave the house at 7:55am... Sooooo layers to the rescue! Very simple cards that the kids can all write in.. Today is the last day of Hunter’s soccer for this season..
