18.01.2022 Scratch@ITCH and Gladstone Art Prize Quilt Challenge for 2013 The Scratch@ITCH Gladstone Quilt Challenge runs in association with the Annual Gladstone Art Exhibition. The competition is sponsored and administered by Scratch@ITCH Arts and Crafts in Gladstone and is open to the first 50 entries.... Closing date for submission of articles is Friday 6th Sept. An entry fee of $10 must accompany applications to cover the cost of fabric, postage etc, excess goes to the Gladstone Panorama Project. Following the exhibition entries may be toured and displayed in other venues there is a permission form with the application. Entry forms are available from Scratch@ITCH ([email protected]), the Gladstone Discovery Centre and online at: www.gladstonesa.com.au. Fabric will be posted out Now - Let your imagination fly!

11.01.2022 the Scratch@ITCH quilt challenge 2012 is on display for another week in the Gladstone Hall. Some fantastic entries this year again! We have copies of Rocky River 'Riters' new book "A Bag Full of Memories" available for sale. (The launch was last Saturday). Don't forget that the collaboration of works from RRRs and Fibrespace artists is on display at the Port Pirie Art Gallery for the next month - see Georgie's post for photos from the exhibiton.
