16.01.2022 ** PLEASE READ ** Good afternoon! A bit of a serious post today.... Over the past month I have been getting numerous cancellations that are last minute. While I understand that things do happen, a lot of the time I am not told until I send the confirmation the day before. I have had a large loss of income over this past month due to last minute cancellations and it being hard for me to fill the appointments. So I am having to tighten and enforce my new cancellation policy effective 1st February 2021. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time you will be required to pay 50% of your service price. This is normal practice for most businesses. If you know that you can not make your appointment please let me know ASAP so I have an opportunity to fill the appointment. If you are a client currently on my books can you please comment on this post to acknowledge you have read this important information. If you do not comment on this post I will assume you have not read it and will send you a private message.
