23.01.2022 We said a loving farewell to this gorgeous boy Ritchie recently after years with us as a long term family member. His human mum now has space for him so home he goes As you may know we specialise in short term holiday agistment. But ... this does mean we do have a lush & lovely paddock open for 1 more long term guest. DM if you’re interested to find out more. N

22.01.2022 What a way to start the week! Even baz the goat joined us ( well he usually does because he thinks he’s a horse and part of the herd!) Just popping on here to let you know we have just a couple of paddocks avail for short term agistment over the Christmas holiday break so if you’re finally taking that holiday away your horse can too.

That's what these 3 lovely boys were doing recently while their owner was OS. Family enjoyed their break without the stress of worrying about her unattended horse family. Her paddocks had a break and as you can see so did the boys. Send us a pm if your interested in booking for your summer holiday. Spaces will be limited.

15.01.2022 These boys have enjoyed their winter break while mum enjoys hers .... we’re a full house for July & will rest the paddocks for August ( other than our confirmed bookings) taking spring short term visits of you need a break yourselves.

14.01.2022 HOLIDAY AGISTMENT Are you planning your well earned getaway over the Christmas holidays and don’t have anyone to feed,rug,give scratches and the occasional to your horse family member. Give your horse ( and your paddocks) a well earned rest to as we specialise in holiday and short term agistment. As you can see the Paddocks are starting to green up nicely for spring & this lovely lady with the gleaming coat has enjoyed a very peaceful & relaxing holiday while her owners did the same. 13.01.2022 At scroggies our short term and long term horse friends are treated like family and right now we have a long term spot avail for 1 new furry family member. We are Lush with grass right now after this gorgeous autumn weather. Would suit hard working horse needing a rest or relaxing semi retired that deserves one. Either way it’s all about the serenity, being rugged & unrugged, head down grazing kicking up heals & rolling around in the grass. Sounds like one pretty good iso retreat to me. 13.01.2022 Welcomed handsome Alfie to the scroggies family yesterday. This sweet 3 yr old has been busy learning learning learning. Now time to put his head down, shoes off & kick back & relax & let all of that learning soak in. Such a cutie Sue Lowe

12.01.2022 This is the first time in a very long time we are moving Into the cooler months with so much grass! & the result from all of this means very fat & happy horses here at moment. We have a 2 spots available for long term & always a couple of paddocks available for short term agistment. Let’s us know if we can help your horse have a rest ( or put on a few extra pounds )

01.01.2022 We’ve been a little quiet on here as we let the paddocks recover from the winter chill & take care of our regulars & long term horses. But I just had to share this wonderful scene. Snoozing in the morning sun all rugged up against the unexpected chilly day yesterday but the best part of this scene is the rare occurrence of horses in a herd all completely relaxed & laying stretched out together. In most cases there will always be one ‘on guard’ standing or sitting up. To me this shows complete trust in their environment & complete relaxation & that makes me happy No long term avail atm but we do have limited short term over the holiday break if you’re planning on finally taking that well earned holiday from the drama of 2020! Your horse can take a relaxing break too .... with us. Dm for details. Nadine
