22.01.2022 We had Fantastic Fun making curry sauerkraut last Monday night. Everyone learnt about different Sauerkrauts, Kavass, fermented garlic, preserved lemon and more. Most importantly we learnt the value of these foods and how to use them. Check the smiles on these beautiful girls!

12.01.2022 Thanks to those who came to our class Monday. It was fun. I have just got into the Sauerkraut made at the first class on March 20 and it is fantastic. I took some to a pot luck dinner tonight and it was gone in a flash. And so was the fermented eggplant dip! There will be another Mastering the Art of Sauerkraut and Lacto fermented veggies class coming up in May. ... I cant wait for my lemons to ripen so I can use Vivs recipe to ferment them.

02.01.2022 We are excited to announce that we have found a pop up home with Amy and Peter at the Junction Espresso & Kitchen at 8 Ormond Rd, Elwood. Cooking classes will be starting March 20 at 6.30!! Our first class will be Mastering the Art of Sauerkraut and Lacto Fermented Vegetables at a special opening price.
