24.01.2022 Three (3) more U18 players are required for the GIS Tournament in April. We have a great squad but a few extras are needed. If you know of anyone that may be interested please let Warren know asap. Thank you.

14.01.2022 This Sunday (07/02) morning from 9am we are having a working bee if the rain stays away. We need your help to get the fields in order for the start of the footb...all season. Sausage sizzle and drinks will be on be put on for the volunteers at lunch. Here is a list of some of the things you can help with: Weeding, Gardening, Repairing pot holes, Replacing nets on goals, Repair goals, Put nets on the new SSG goals for 7/8's, Repair u8/9 goals, Cut edges, Repair Fencing, fill holes on fields, the lists goes on and on..... We hope to see you there.

09.01.2022 TDP is on today!

09.01.2022 Okay the big day has arrived.... Buderim Wanderers Select 35s take on Le Varietes Club de France(VCF) @ Ballinger Park 6:30pm tonight. Both teams will have plen...ty of talent on display with Ex NSL (A-League) players taking to the field for the Wanderers and Ex Ligue 1 and Premier League players for VCF. It should be great fun with some great football on display... In the lead up game at 4:30pm we have the Supa Oldies UK v Rest of the World game which is sure to be played with some real passion. The Bar (no BYO Alcohol) and Canteen are open, so make sure you come down for a Post Christmas / Pre-NYE drink and feed with your friends (Tag your friends and share this post as more the merrier). And finally make sure you stick around after the game to party on with our 80 new French friends....

07.01.2022 It is that time of year again when you need to organise your Six-a-side team. The season will kick off in the 1st week of October....

04.01.2022 TDP cancelled today due to fields being closed. Make up session will be planned at the end of the 6 week block.

02.01.2022 Further to our recent email about the GIS Tournament being held in April we have received communication from George Cowie who has reviewed the format of the tournament to bring the costs down for everyone. Great news! The tournament has been shortened to three days with four or possibly five games per team. The three day tournament is from Monday 4th April, Tuesday 5th and Wednesday 6th April at the lovely Southport School Gold Coast.... The costs are per player residential @ $350 or non-residential @ $100 There will still be evening lectures however the coaches from Holland and Italy have been cancelled. TDP coaches are very keen and would like to go with all three age groups as we believe the experience for the players is second to none. Please contact Warren with your expression of interest as soon as possible. Details will also be on the BWFC website.
