22.01.2022 Congrats the our amazing Nick! The 8th annual RISE Conference - Research in Environment, Science and Engineering - this year included 21 full length talks, 20 flash talks and 9 posters addressing a broad range of topics. One third of the presenters come all the way from Coffs Harbour and one external student even travelled from Sydney. There was a good representation from all different disciplines in the School and Research Centres: 16 of the presenters are from SESE, 14 fr...om the NMSC, 11 from Plant Science and 5 from GeoScience. They'll be heaps of activities like Zorb Soccer, an outdoor Climbing Wall, Jumping Castle for adults, free ice-cream and cold brew, plus information stalls on mental health.
