15.01.2022 As a PT i see many people that worry about weight and the number on the scales, however a little secret lean muscle weighs more than fat, remember if your clothes are looser you are loosing fat but if you are weight training the number on the scales may not change. don't feel defeated or disheartened, train to be healthy and feel better, don't devote the reason you train just to the scales!! remember the small things!!
