18.01.2022 FULL SET OF CLASSIC LASHES The most natural full set Creating a mascara look, lengthening the lashes and opening up the eye. Swipe across for before photo For this client we created a cat eye look making the extensions longer on the outer edges to draw the eye outward and upward. As her natural lashes pointed upward, we chose to use the natural curl for the inner 2 thirds of the eye, and the more curly lash C shaped on the outer third to lift the lashes up to prevent them dropping down. Our sets of lash extensions are customised to suit YOU. We look at your eye shape, where your natural lashes sit, the space between your eyes and brows, your eye size and so much more so we can best compliment your features. 16.01.2022 Alright everyone, you know the drill! All clients with appointments over the next 7 days have been contacted. Online bookings are now back open for the time being. At this stage we will be able to reopen on Friday next week 4th June however we will just take each day as it comes. I’m going to take this time to do a good deep salon clean and have some much needed rest & recovery. I’ve been busy during lockdown doing heaps of extra online training and brainstorming ways I can better existing services and bring out some new services! I don’t believe in staying still in my business. I believe there’s always more things to learn and no matter how good you are, you can always better your skills and techniques. I’m ALWAYS striving for more. One of their services I have improved is brow laminations. I was on the ...search to find the BEST product that’s out and guess what... I have found it! This lamination solution works on all hair types and does not dry out your brow hairs. It’s incredible. Your brow hairs will stay up and in place better than ever! Your brow lamination services are finished off with a nourishing treatment to help keep them in place and maintain the health of your hairs after treatment. This treatment lasts anywhere from 4-8 weeks. I also wanted to bring out a dye that would give you a full, filled in and defined result and lasted on the skin for a long time. I have now added HYBRID DYE to my list of services! Hybrid dye is basically a longer lasting version of a tint, much like brow henna. Unlike henna, hybrid dye can be applied in the same treatment as brow lamination, which means I’ll be able to give you your dream brows in one sitting! 03.01.2022 Did you know we hand-make our Russian volume fans?! Russian volume lashes consist of a fan of 2-8 extensions attached together at the base which is then attached to each one of your natural lashes, giving you a fuller look. By hand making the Russian volume fans, we can customise each treatment to suit your natural lashes and the look you are after. For example, if you have thick strong natural lashes and want a full, dramatic look we would make a fan consisting of 8 las...hes attached per natural lash, whereas if you’re wanting more of a natural fluffy look or have thin/short natural lashes, we would make a fan of 2-3 lashes attached to each one of your natural lashes to be lighter on the natural lash. Hand-made fans also require extensive training and many years of experience, in which we have with over 7 years experience in the industry. They can also be healthier for your natural lashes as opposed to pre-made fans which are already glued together at the base, meaning you will have double the amount of glue weight on your lashes. Many of our clients have also found after switching over to hand-made fans having had pre-made fans applied elsewhere, that the retention rates of your extensions are better as the base of the hand-made fan and your natural lash can be wrapped up altogether with the glue, rather than placing the pre made, pre glued fan on top of the natural lash. Your lash health is our number one priority and we never apply any extensions that are going to be damaging your natural lashes. We also keep an eye on your lashes during your refills and let you know if there are any changes with your natural lashes, however as long as you’re looking after your extensions (no pulling, rubbing eyes, touching, sleeping on face ect) then we shouldn’t have a problem! (I’ve been getting my lashes done for 6 years now and my natural lashes are still long & healthy!)
