An awesome recipe to have in your back pocket for a day with guests Sugartitties secret wings recipe aint gonna be so secret anymore, so grab your self a bottle of Spicy mix and impress your friends!! ----------------------... You will need: 1kg Chicken Wings (frenched/divided) 1/4 - 1/2 cup Spicy Mix (depends how spicy you like it ) 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese Smoke or Bake at 150C for 1-1.5 hours, or until meat temperature is 75C and enjoy (Paired nicely with a ranch sauce or a Siracha Aioli)

Instead of buying your prepackaged ham grab yourself one of these awesome ham rolls and smoke it with your favourite glaze ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~... Recipe: 1kg Ham roll 1/4 cup Brown Sugar 1/4 cup Honey 1/3 cup Orange Juice 1 tbsp Spicy Mix ----- Smoke at 275f until internal temperature reaches 115f. Apply first layer of glaze and continue to glaze every 5-10mins until internal temperature reaches 140f. Rest, Slice and Enjoy!! See more
