24.01.2022 Havn't been as 'active' on here as I would like BUT.. What ways are you using to stay fit or get some exercise in? Bub is too big to babywear on a BMX now & you cant attach a child seat to one either so I picked up this beaut pretty cheap I must say. He loves it. - Yes, not proper riding attire but we just road up & down our ~100m drive way & bubs helmet was pushing forwards from seat So remember safety first ... Merry Fitmas Stephanie

22.01.2022 Hey Everyone, Once again it's been awhile since my last post but I'm back with an IMPORTANT REMINDER as summer is less than 2 weeks away although you'd be forgiven for thinking we were in the middle of it with this heat. The reminder is to DRINK MORE WATER Because we all know you're most likely not drinking as much as you should be. You should be drinking at least 2 Litres/8 Glasses a day to help with regular bodily functions such as digestion, carrying nutrients around the... body & cushioning organs. So, as the weather heats up or if you're exercising you should be adding on another 1 Litre because of sweat. Dehydration can cause alot of health issues, some more serious than others. This can be dark urine, dry skin to low blood pressure with a high HR or dizziness & severe diarrhoea See this article for more info such as symptoms and health issues of Dehydration, why its important to stay Hydrated and how you can do that. http://m.huffingtonpost.com.au//how-much-water-you-should/ Thanks Steph

19.01.2022 Hey Guys, havn't posted anything in awhile due to the decision of not returning to work, being a mum & choosing to study a new career pathway. But, today is INTERNATIONAL PILATES DAY. So lets appreciate this lovely form of training. Did you know? Pilates was created by German, Joseph Pilates. Developed whilst Joe was in an internment camp during WWI.... Practiced on casualties with the use of rigged bed springs and more. Originally called Contrology. His first students became the next teachers. Theres more than 10 types of Pilates. Over 10s of Millions of people practice Pilates. Steph

16.01.2022 How'd everyones christmas go? I hope it was Merry & Bright - I pretty much had 3 christmas' this year. Eve: my whole family, Day: just us three, Boxing: partners whole family. So, over indulgence was sort of inevitable (let's be honest, I only ate a few extra chocolates that I dont eat much of anyway) BUT you know what?! It's OK. Why?! BECAUSE one or two 'bad' days arn't going to make you unhealthy JUST as one or two excellently healthy days arn't going to make you sudden...ly super healthy & fit. - Remember "In Moderation" especially if you've been gifted chocolate & to "Get Moving" - Excuse my 'home photos' See more

10.01.2022 Hey Everyone Sorry I've been abit M.I.A not posting as much. I'm currently not working. I have been enjoying being a Stay-at-Home mum or 'Domestic Goddess' raising my beautiful first born bub, helping him to learn & grow . Yes, I know alot of mums do it all but I have my reasons. I do plan on instructing you all again in the future but not for a little while. I will continue to post workouts & exercise videos to help inspire you Thanks,... Steph See more
