05.01.2022 Happy Fri-yay. If you enjoy a 'cuppa and chat, be sure to say hello to Mikhara Ramsing who is joining us a guest for the 2020 Social Enterprise Schools Awards next week. Mikhara is the founder of MIKS CHAI, a tea social enterprise that supports mental health and wellbeing. After initially brewing her Aaji’s (grandmother's) chai to bring people together to share stories, Mikhara travelled 70,000km in her self-built tiny home to empower people to be conscious of their mental health, an act of leadership that saw her nominated for Young Australian of the Year QLD 2019. We're looking forward to introducing Mikhara to the students and teachers who are joining the Awards to share and showcase the enterprises they've set up in 2020.
