19.01.2022 Huge thank you to the good samaritan Cindy, who turned up from Townsville today with her car packed with cold drinks, food and Easter Eggs for the kids (all donated by friends) looking for somewhere to donate to. By random chance she ran into our Caretakers at the beach this morning and they bought her to the Estate ..... :-) The SES enjoyed a cold drink and break in the heat as well.

08.01.2022 For the first time in 4 years I visited Seabreeze Estate today. It was great see the results of all the hard work the committee has put in over the past 2 years. The estates common grounds look fantastic & are kept neat & tidy thanks to Airlie Tropical Landscapes :-) The pool looks great & the BBQ area is being used by the residents (families & children). Most importantly, everyone has electricity, telephone and Internet. The roads and maintenance look fabulous, the street... lights are all in and the estate is basically finished except for some minor aesthetic appearance improvements. Yay! These will be taken care of this year. Big thanks again to Kate from Archers Body Corporate Airlie Beach for all her assistance.
