Located on the bottom level, it has a grassed courtyard with bbq and outdoor seating. Gorgeous views of beautiful Warilla Beach

We have sourced Australian-made products (AH Beard Beds, custom-made lounges etc), sustainable building materials, low footprint gas and the best German AEG appliances. Our priority is quality products that will last a long time. We are keen to reduce waste and conserve resources. The apartments have been designed with twice the necessary insulation and plenty of ventilation through windows, sliding doors and ceiling fans.
