20.01.2022 We were again proud to be a sponsor and supporter of our friends and colleagues at the recent Variety Bash which finished in Geraldton on the weekend. "The Land Monkeys" were the 2nd highest fundraiser with $340,000 raised. The event itself raised in excess of $1.8M for children in need. Well Done Gents!

19.01.2022 We are proud to announce that the publicly listed Lifestyle Communities will soon be coming to Seachange! Lifestyle Communities is the market leader in the over 50’s resort style living. Their new community in Ocean Grove is selling extremely quickly and we are honoured that they have chosen St.Leonards as the town for their next Bellarine project. Development is expected to commence in the next 18 months so watch this space!

18.01.2022 The developers of Seachange Estate have been acknowledged as the best in Victoria at the recent UDIA Awards at Crown Casino. Urban Land Developments project "Central Walk" in Drysdale won Best Residential Development (sub 250 lots), the Judges Award and was also selected to represent the state from residential developments of all sizes (including developments of over 1,000 lots with massive budgets) at the National Awards in Sydney. Purchasers at Seachange can rest assured that their estate is being developed by the states best!

17.01.2022 Seachange Estate has so far contributed over $700k in cash towards the future development of the St.Leonards Early Learning Centre. By the time Seachange is complete later this year, we will have almost doubled that contribution to over $1.3M. These much-needed funds will go toward a facility that will likely offer 3 and 4-year-old kindergarten as well as maternal child health services for the St.Leonards Community.

Our estate pays homage to the brilliant original program from the late ’90s (which was partly filmed in St.Leonards), with not only our estate name but also the street names, such as Wenham Way, Thornton Avenue & Miranda Crescent, just to name a few!

A picturesque course between Portarlington & St.Leonards has water views every step of the way. A great family event with either 4km, 10km or 21km options and cider bar at the finish! 14.01.2022 Some developers put tiny shrubs in the ground for landscaping. Not us. Four more of these GIANT palms were installed in Georgina Avenue yesterday thanks to our friends at Established Tree Transplanters. These suckers are huge!!

03.01.2022 Construction started on the reboot of Seachange Estate two years ago today. Since then all of the 558 lots over 11 stages have been sold. 10 out of the 11 stages will be completed within the next few weeks with the final stage a couple of months later. Needless to say, it has been a busy two years! 01.01.2022 Edwards Point Wildlife Reserve is one of the things we love about St.Leonards. Accessed via Beach road, this 4km long sand spit is a haven for coastal flora and fauna including many endangered bird species. A dedicated 3.5km loop walking track includes beach sections, a boardwalk and ‘Two Bays Lookout with views of both Port Phillip and Swan Bay. Canine friends are welcome although you will need to keep them on a lead. Enjoy!
