18.01.2022 This wet season we’re partnering up with @chowwaterfront to bring you Tropical Light and Tropical Bite! We’ll immerse you in the salty, tangy flavours of the tropics through showcasing our very own Saltie gin on a 55 minute twilight cruise, followed by a 2 course meal at Chow. Sound alright? Link in bio!

17.01.2022 There is a boat underneath that mob of charming, relaxed desert boys. It was a complete pleasure to have Clontarf Foundation superstars from Alice Springs aboard last night. And yes, we did get those shoes and socks off so that they could feel real saltwater sand between their toes.

17.01.2022 How special to have the smiley Captain Quayden, his family and Balunu on board today. Wish we were we coming with you to Arnhem Land, that damper smelt so good! Stand Tall 4 Dwarfism

17.01.2022 And with our last turtle tour approaching, things are slowing down up here in the North. Meanwhile, on the East Coast of Aus, some of our staff are having a fat time! Lapping up the visibility, diving through Green Zones, and watching the magnificent humpbacks on their passage back down South to their feeding grounds. Photo cred @_gypsea_

16.01.2022 And this is why we call it Tropical Light, and the happy faces are the CHOW crew who will bring you the Tropical Bite!

06.01.2022 Such a fantastic photo! The Ho Chi Minh Sling created by CHOW Darwin with our Saltie Gin looks great, and tastes even better. It's long, refreshing and intriguing with just a hint of chilli. Try it if you dare!
