23.01.2022 Today, we are incredibly excited to launch the first whole-of-industry marketing campaign to promote Australian seafood and unveiled the nation’s flagship brand, Great Australian Seafood. The "Easy As" campaign is led by industry, for industry, to promote domestic sales and provide a boost to the entire Australian seafood industry supply chain as we recover from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. It has been structured to to influence and inspire consumers to add more Au...stralian seafood into their diets by showcasing it’s ‘easy as’ to cook and incorporate into daily life. And, establishes our first whole-of-industry brand similar to Australian other key protein and agricultural products. This campaign has been funded by the Australian Government under the $1 Billion COVID-19 Relief and Recovery Fund; and, is designed to bring a much needed sales boost to the entire industry as we recover from the effects of the pandemic.

A big congratulations to Planet Protector Packaging who have taken out the top gong, first runner up Wave Swell Energy, second runner up ARC Marine, all all twelve finalists. Planet Protector Packaging uses waste from the sheep wool industry to create packaging solutions to replace polluting expanded polystyrene. Pretty cool huh?
