25.01.2022 The MPCA Board members met last night and have confirmed the season start will still be Saturday 14th November 2020. Rounds 1-7 will be with a RED ball Rounds 8-14 including finals with a WHITE ball.... The 1st XI & 2nd XI fixtures will be uploaded later this afternoon on the MyCricket website and it is hoped that lower grades will be available next week. 3rds to be out in a couple weeks.

25.01.2022 Round 10 Results - The Round of Jack (and Johnny) 1st XI - Jack S was the stand out (match abandoned despite our best efforts to coerce a game from our opponents) 2nd XI - was the JACK Knight show with 2 wickets and a run out followed by 22 not out to guide us home ably supported by the comps leading run scorer Micky. Was well supported by a club favourite Johnny who bagged 4 wickets to set the tone with the ball. They were also ably supported by a vocal crowd.... 3rd XI - this was the JACK Williams show. This young man is coming on in leaps and bounds with bat and ball and brought up his first batting milestone in the seniors guiding the team home with 52 not out. Ably supported with the ball by another young gun Lachy Wild. Future looks bright with our younger players leading the charge this round.

We have some great news for the club the Bunnings BBQ is going be back up and running and the club has locked in the 13th of December which is a Sunday. We are asking for volunteers to help out as we need 5 people there at all times. We would love if both seniors and junior parents could help out as all the money raised goes back to the club to help players both junior and senior. 18.01.2022 Reverse of the first two rounds with the 1st XI losing narrowly and the 2nd and 3rd XI's getting the chocolates! Special shout out to Mitch Anderson nearly getting us home in the 1st XI as we lost by 1 run in the final over. 2nd XI had the same 3 top scorers with the stick and performed much better with the ball in hand and with their fielding largely thanks to Ben Milano.... Lachy Wild had another great performance in the 3rd XI taking 4 wickets and the ever reliable Jason Bayliss contributing with bat and ball again.
