13.01.2022 Whowee!!! What a roller coaster journey many of us are on right now. It's such a massive change for many people who's lives have been turned upside down and even for those who haven't had that level of change. My answer: Restorative Yoga This yoga is for everyone and can be done by anyone, as long as you can get up and down off the floor. It is all floor based, most of it lying down. ... It will: . Give you a restful night sleep . Calm your nervous system . Ground you so that thoughts don't carry you away so easily . Help you to focus on You . Allow you to connect with your body . Is highly meditative . Very healing . Relaxes your body and mind Mondays on Zoom from 6 to 7.15 pm.

10.01.2022 I am finding it difficult to maintain a regular daily routine at the moment. Are you too? One sweet solution to keeping good habits - morning yoga and meditation with like-minded people. It can't get better than that! And it's about making that commitment to self as well as to the group. Join me for two weeks, 4 days a week at 8 am for 45 min (or part of it if you can't make all of it - the first 30 mins will be re-energising the body through movement, focus and stretching, a...nd the last 15 minutes will be a guided meditation). My goregous niece has designed a Home Practice Manual which is included in the course and will be yours for free. Let's stay on track and start the day in a positive field of light together. Debbie

09.01.2022 New to Yoga? Yin Yoga is a very sweet introduction to yoga and the meditative qualities offer a great deal of healing. Unlike more vigorous yoga styles it is more contemplative, allows the body to loosen as it works with the fascia and so it's great for relieving tightness and tension held in the body, and it is so incredibly calming.... Yoga is meant to be a journey inwards and in yin it is often so much easier to do that as its begs for reflectiveness. And yin offers a range of options for different shapes (asanas) because everyone has a different body. It’s also one of the most aligned yoga styles for people in the middle of life years. During this time it is more common to explore and develop your inner attention more. The yoga we choose should adapt to the life cycle and how we are feeling on any particular day. As you can tell - I love Yin. Online term of 4 yin classes beginning tomorrow afternoon. Debbie
