24.01.2022 It seems to come on, really, it's a build-up. Cabin fever, a haze, weighty. I know the cure. I can cure this easily. "The cure for anything is salt water; sweat, tears or the sea."

23.01.2022 Immersive is to be there in the rainforest with vision, smell, touch and sound. Bee captured these sounds, beauty and a magnificent diversity of life on one morning. It blows me away now and especially then.

21.01.2022 Tasmanian International Sea Guide and adventurer Chris Jones and his Rockpool Taran 18. Chris and I shared a paddle and some filming together at his home, Blackmans Bay, Tasmania. Taran owners always describe that X factor and joy the Taran brings to their lives. You can hear it in their voice and see it in their smiles. There’s only a few days left to place your custom Rockpool and Nigel Dennis Kayaks Christmas order. Your kayak will land in Sydney, Australia. Kind regards..., Eddie Safarik 0408 768 082 #taran #taran18 #seakayakingbrunyisland See more

Thank you for the great... photographs Silvio! I'm taking custom orders right now for Welsh built, Nigel Dennis and Rockpool sea kayaks, scheduled to land in Sydney, November/December. 0408 768 082 Kindest regards, Eddie. See more

20.01.2022 The Tarkine’s Arthur River is one of the special places. A kayak trip that has taken me about 25 years to get to. The Tarkine has the Southern Hemisphere’s largest contiguous expanse of temperate rainforest. This trip is also Bee’s first kayak expedition. All of her other paddles have been salty day trips. We drove over the Arthur River a couple of times to get to the west coast town of Arthur River and a friend’s shack to sort gear and pick up our shuttle driver who will tra...vel to the Tayatea Bridge with us then take the car to our finish spot at Arthur River township, 80 kilometres down the river. We opened our Chrissy presents a day early, and left them behind before setting off. There was excitement and eeriness as we pushed off. No mobile phone coverage and no convenient pull-out points until the Kanunnah Bridge 30 kilometres down river. We don’t know what’s around any corner. See more

19.01.2022 The world famous Romany/NDK smile starts before launch and beams on-sea! Four Romanys and their beaming owners were spotted at Bribie QLD yesterday. Enjoy your friendship and your kayaks lads, two of life’s great treasures.

18.01.2022 This image sums up the mid-winter afternoon fun we had on the water under a snow capped Kunanyi yesterday. Chris is paddling his Rockpool Taran 18, I'm paddling my Nigel Dennis Greenlander Pro. I'm taking custom orders for Nigel Dennis and Rockpool Kayaks now. The container will leave the UK mid October for a November/December Sydney delivery. Kayak couriers are free to travel interstate. Paddle paddle paddle!

16.01.2022 This is Catriona Woods being overjoyed by her Rockpool Tarantella. The Tarantella shares the same hull as the Rockpool Taran 16, it's just lower volume to suit smaller sea kayakers.

16.01.2022 Chris Jones and his Rockpool, Taran 18. Last call for Christmas delivery Rockpool orders.

13.01.2022 We swam our kayaks upon small pools between waterfalls. The river was pretty low. Lots of scrapes and hard rock strikes on the hulls of our heavily loaded boats. We’d paddle the long pools and the safe rapids but give the rapids with the main current flowing into dead trees a wide berth. The rocks were slippery and made the risk of a broken bone a real consideration. We both had PLBs and one Inreach mini along with flares and other safety gear. The left bank was affected by past fire and poor land care, the right bank was stunning and intact. Our first camp site was beautiful, warm and inviting, completed by a sandy beach. The sweet spicy fragrance of Sassafras kissed the air. Our tent was below the delicate jagged leaves. We felt embraced by the open rainforest.

11.01.2022 Chillin on a rock on the way back from church.

10.01.2022 Lutruwita’s Tarkine wilderness first brought me to my true home about 25 years ago.

10.01.2022 On the 31st of July 2013 I was paddling South Stack, Holy Island, Wales, UK with Nigel Dennis. A few months later I was the exclusive Australian importer and seller of Nigel Dennis Kayaks. Your custom kayaks, the world's best designs, are due to land in December along with your paddling dreams, new adventures and the wonderful people that you will meet along the way. I shall keep you updated for when the landing date sures up. Thank you for your ongoing support and for making dreams real good-life. Kindest regards, Eddie Safarik
