23.01.2022 I quoted this job a year ago and didn't hear back from the clients until a few weeks ago after the rain started getting heavy again. Cracks in the slab, drainage issues and membrane delamination where causing fairly substantial water damage to the internal parts of the building. Pressure cleaning, removal of delaminated membrane, a light grind, re connection of drainage, crack repair, joint sealant, 2 coats of primer, 2 coat of flexible membrane and 2 coats of trafficable, U...V stable membrane to the whole area was the scope of works. All good now. No leaks after a final pressure clean and a few rainy days.

18.01.2022 Recent inspection of an underground fire sprinkler system water tank that was constructed around 7 years ago and has now started to leak. A solvent based membrane was used to seal the cold joints of Dincel Structural Walling to retain water that is unfortunately leaking heavily through the cold joints. The solvent based membane has oxidised and delaminated from the PVC Dincel walls.... Reinforced pre cast concrete walls would have allowed for better waterproofing adhesion for this type of tank.
