25.01.2022 DustChek is an Australian made dust control agent, specifically formulated for todays challenging dust control problems in the mining industry.
24.01.2022 QPR high performance cold mix is now being manufactured and available both in Australia and NZ. With its unique bitumen hydrophillic chemistry , QPR is one of ...the only products that is encouraged and recommended for use, during wet and adverse conditions. These conditions do not affect its performance durability characteristics as a repair material and nothing is compromised by the moisture. This is so "unlike" many other traditional bitumen based products that many people cannot believe it. But good news travels and QPR has recently been recognised as the #1 selling permanent cold repair material in the USA. It is classed as a permanent repair system and it does not require digging out and replacing with traditional hotmix, as so many of the other temporary repair type products are designed to be. So why wouldnt you use it ?? Try the QPR permanent performance product out for yourself! I would be surprise if you are not amazed at what it can withstand. See more
23.01.2022 *HAUL ROAD IMPROVEMENT* All positive results from one of our Coal Mining clients in Central Queensland this week - 10 months after our successful trial stabilising their haul roads with coal rejects and PolyCom Stabilising Aid, the road is still performing brilliantly.... When comparing the PolyCom road to their other haul roads the mine has detailed these immediate benefits: reduction on maintenance grading reduction in water usage for dust suppression Haulage operating 12 hours sooner than other roads after rain Ability to hold up to major rain events (over 150mm in the last few months) The photos attached show the untreated road shoulder and drains washed away while the PolyCom stabilised pavement has stood up to the water flow. In addition to these benefits, long term the mine can expect greater production with the roads recovering from weather events sooner. A reduction in diesel usage, tyre wear and truck maintenance thanks to the smoother running surface and reduced rolling resistance when hauling. Also a more environmentally sustainable approach and reduction in carbon emissions. SEALS Group can provide a site consultation with no obligation, including the following: Site assessment including roads, ramps, pits, dumps and access areas Recommendations on construction material efficiencies On site project management and overseeing of all ground improvement work with your team Perform a cost benefit analysis Validation of all work including strength and rolling resistance improvements Road grading, maintenance and watering action plan Delivery of instruction and information sessions to relevant personnel including best practice road shape and grading techniques, watering techniques and general information fully explaining how and why these methods work For more information contact [email protected], 0422 020 385 or visit our website www.sealsgroup.com

17.01.2022 Sub grade of the evil Gilgai kind is hard to work and harder to tame. This top notch crew have treated this one with PolyCom and it is looking good.
17.01.2022 Secret grader operator blade footage, Rarely seen except for those in the seat, Cheers Sam.
17.01.2022 Joe just checked in on a job a Mid West Shire undertook using PolyCom at the beginning of the year. Untreated Test results CIV 29 (approx. CBR 59% ) with 2.5 ba...gs of loose material versus PolyCom treated CIV 90 (approx. CBR 567% - which is too high to accurately measure using a Clegg) and 0.5 bag of loose material. So same road, same amount of traffic - PolyCom treated 5 times less material loss since PolyCom treatment and the pavements a lot, lot stronger. Thats means less maintenance and a longer service life. Good news for ratepayers, road users and Betta Roads too.

15.01.2022 Great work by our friends at Betta Roads in WA!!!
15.01.2022 Sealed Road, In- Situ Stabilising with PolyCom road stabiliser Alternative to lime or cement. More cost effective and simple. Better for environment as well.
15.01.2022 Photo on top is untreated, lower Photo is treated with PolyCom Stabilising Aid. Same work method and machinery time on both sections of same road. PolyCom provides results. No question.
15.01.2022 A fast, efficient, economic and environmentally friendly way to complete sealed patch repairs using our PolyCom stabilisation system. A large damaged section... of sealed road is completed and ready for a new seal within 2 hours from commencing with minimal traffic disruption, no irritants to affect the crew or pollution to the local environment. Best of all its much cheaper and easier than traditional repairs. See more
14.01.2022 Following the successful adoption of DustChek in this Mine Site haul road which proved cost negative we started work on site at the crack of dawn. 750m x 15m mi...ne site access road, treated and bulk mixed in one day using a single grader, water cart and steel drum. Same again tomorrow and a kilometre scheduled for Monday / Tuesday next week. We will have the road polished up by the mine traffic in no time at all. The adoption of this treatment regime will reduce maintenance works and the continuous, costly application of load after load of scarce water. See more
14.01.2022 PolyCom treated access road to famous tourist lookout still going strong despite being used as a racetrack
13.01.2022 #PolyComWA works well in many poorer quality gravels. This soil was high in silt content but as you can see with the right crew and a little PolyCom we managed ...to get CIVs around the 80 mark, which for those who know is pretty damn good. But its not all about the strength, after a month we started to see a distinct difference in the amount of loose fines on the treated section so its likely the PolyCom treated section will last 4 to 6 times longer before than untreated sections of the same road. Better still with appropriate management this benefit should be repeated many years into the future and reduce whole of lifecycle costs for the local shire too. See more
13.01.2022 DustChek as part of a structured watering program not only keeps Dust to a minimum it can reduce your Fleet requirement too. Doubling the time it take for sprayed water to evaporate typically means the Product is cost negative from day one.

09.01.2022 Helping to fight the current bushfires in Queensland and New South Wales is revolutionary aerial water enhancer, Blazetamer380. Developed and manufactured in the same laboratory as PolyCom Stabilising Aid and DustChek Dust Control, Blazetamer380 is helping ground crews get on top of the fires before its too late. Stay safe out there everyone!
06.01.2022 PolyCom is going gangbusters with the Kenyan leading the charge, great crew working hard to make this road stand the rigours of time. Cheers to Steve and the guys who know how to get the best from PolyCom Stabilising Aid.
06.01.2022 #PolyComWA job six months after treatment. The grain trucks have been running over this road for the last few weeks and the PolyCom treated section is looking p...retty good in comparison to the untreated section. So less loose material = Less maintenance = Less cost for the shire for years to come. #justanotherdayinWA See more
05.01.2022 Our Rail stock yard is looking better and better, you can see the discolouration from the sea container forklift. We used 150mm deep PolyCom treatment to stabil...ise the hardstand area which has been performing well. 1 bottle of DustChek has been premixed into 2 IBCs to be used at a low dosage rates when trucks carry dust onto the site. Great work from Peter the contractor who promoted PolyCom to the client and executed the work perfectly. See more

02.01.2022 This unsealed mine access road in central Queensland has benefited from the PolyCom treatment. PolyCom will deliver a smoother, stronger and more water resistant surface that will require less maintenance and produce less dust. 50mm of rain mid project hasnt slowed the team down. 1.3km down, 15km to go!

02.01.2022 Weve been helping a local council with a dust control problem over the past couple of weeks. A bridge closure has forced all traffic to detour through part of their unsealed road network in a heavily populated area, causing dust and road maintenance issues for the locals. The council decided to apply PolyCom Stabilising Aid to these unsealed roads, helping to provide a smoother, tighter and more water resistant surface, resulting in less dust and maintenance requirements!
02.01.2022 Kris has been out helping this mine in CQ make something useful out of their coal rejects. By adding a little PolyCom Stabilising Aid, they will have themselves a smoother, tighter and more water resistant haul road.
