23.01.2022 @ainsleyy.c wanted to learn how to deadlift correctly but struggled using a bar. So we opted for the hex bar instead to warm her up to using a normal bar in the future. Technique was really good! This was her top set and she still maintained good form! 17.01.2022 GOAL SETTING How many of you out there just live week to week cheque to cheque? Do you have dreams and ambitions but have no idea on where or how to start? Well this is where goal setting comes in.... Everyone has dreams and ambitions, however not everyone reaches them. This is usually because they havent set themselves short term and long term goals. For example if you want to buy a nice car worth $10000 but do not set short term goals for saving money, this $10000 will seem completely unrealistic to you. However if you were to set a monthly goal of saving $400, then a semi annual goal of $2400 it makes it seem a lot more achievable by setting smaller and shorter goals rather than just saving until you see $10k sitting in your bank. This same principal goes for ANYTHING in life. Fitness, relationships, careers absolutely anything! If you dont set short term and long term goals, youre just drifting through life with no set course on where youre going. Dont just get fixated on the end result, make other goals along the way and enjoy it no matter what youre doing!
