24.01.2022 TEAM NO TALENT WORKOUT. No 3. More basics. No equipment needed.. 30min EMOM.... Minute 1 - 10 push up + 10 dips Minute 2 - 10 squats + 10 lunges per leg Minute 3 - 10 burpee Seems simple. It creeps up on you. Adds up 100 reps of everything. Got more time? Do it for 60 mins. No excuses. No talent needed. Just willingness to get hard!

Not reaching the top of the mountain.. but in the climb itself When was the last time you could truly say you gave a FULL EFFORT? No holding back. No fear of failure or judgment or injury or any consequences. Just 100% all out effort. Regardless of the result, I’m sure that day you felt satisfied Chase that feeling!

18.01.2022 PERSPECTIVE IS EVERYTHING IN FITNESS! If you can jump on 24 inch box, you don’t even think twice about jumping on a 16 inch box. Why?... Because it’s easy for you. So do something FUCKING HARD every now and then. Do a redic amount of burpees, pushups, pull-ups, Run, whatever.. it’ll give you some perspective on some of the other stuff you do! Can’t think of something? I’ll choose for you. 500 BURPESS. TOMORROW. DO IT. Also.. as it’s the start of the year it’ll have an extra benefit. There will come a point in March or April where you forget why your motivation for doing hard stuff this year! BUT YOU WON’T FORGET DOING 500 BURPEES! Anyone in?

14.01.2022 24 HOURS 10,000 push ups 1500 pull-ups... 42km Run. This is my challenge. I will be raising money for Cystic Fibrosis. This is personal. I WILL WIN!

10.01.2022 TEAM NO TALENT WORKOUT No equipment needed. No talent needed. Just a little grit. Burpees. For time.... 150 - wake up call 250 - gut check 500 - savage 1000 - straight animal I got 500 done in 66 minutes. My advice is to break these up into a certain amount each minute. Somewhere between 4-10 per minute spending on where you’re at. Simple and effective. You don’t need fancy. You need something that you can do anywhere, anytime with the intention of making you a bad motherfucker! Let me know how you go!

09.01.2022 When it's all said and done, the only thing that matters is how you are remembered. Every interaction with every person you have builds your legacy. Ask yourself "How will i be remembered"... Don't like the answer? Make a change.



06.01.2022 ALL GO AND NO SHOW. It’s important to me to be able to actually do stuff. How I look is become a distance second to that.... I regularly see guy who are jacked out of their brains, but get tired going up stairs, or can’t move properly, or who aren’t actually that strong at all. It goes against everything I stand for. When did looking good become more important than performing well? On one hand we try to encourage our children to learn to DO THINGS, yet we applaud those who just look like they can. Doing is far more fun. You get to mix up training, you get to eat a hell of a lot more and there is way more fun to be had. We would benefit a hell of a lot more both physically and mentally if we focused on the cool stuff we can do with our bodies, not on they way they look. Pro tip - if you focus on performance, the aesthetic will take care of itself. All go and no show. Just the way I like it. #teamnotalent

06.01.2022 BEFORE YOU GIVE UP ON BEING FIT.. READ THIS. You need to know it’s not easy. It was never meant to be. I apologise on behalf of the boofhead who told you it would be. It’s going to take time. Patience. Consistency. And most importantly it will take resilience. Because this sure as shit won’t be the last time you want to give up. ... Keep it simple and focus on small changes. Small wins. Aim for consistency. Not perfection. You only truely fail when you quit. Literally.. if you fail and get back up, get back on the horse, you haven’t really failed. You’re still moving forward. They day you finally throw in the towel is the day you lose. You can do this. Go get some!

05.01.2022 Looking for an upper body pump?? Give this a whirl. NOTES:... Use a moderate weight for the bench press Break the push ups into sets of needed Do 2 sets of the bench and push ups followed by 2 sets of the curls,inverted rows,1 arm row and inverted row... and do the whole thing 5 times. Should take 30-35 mins total. Keep rest breaks strict. Enjoy!

05.01.2022 We all carry stuff on our back. Pressure at work, bills, kids.. But it’s kinda like carrying a yoke..... When you stand up with the weight, it’s wobbly and unstable. When you start to move it gets even more unstable. But there’s a point when you build up enough speed and momentum that it starts to feels easier. More stable. Manageable. If you slow down it gets worse. If you go too fast you fall over. But - that sweet spot feels manageable. So.. When the problems pile up.. Start moving forward. Not too fast.. but not too slow. Make decisions and execute. It’ll become manageable once you build some momentum. And if you haven’t tried a Yoke.. you’re missing out on one of the great teachers of physical limits, and of life.

02.01.2022 TEAM NO TALENT WORKOUT No 5. A classic Push/Pull workout I did this as a 45min EMOM.... You can do it for as short or as long as you like (any multiple of 3 works) Minute 1 - Floor Press - 5 reps heavy. Finish the minute with as many push ups as possible. Minute 2 - 1 arm rows - 6 per arm. Finish the minute with as many upright rows as possible. Minute 3 - Rest The more challenging the Floor Press and 1 arm rows are the better. As always, no talent required. Just a willingness to work hard and give effort. You’re capable of more. Go to some work! #teamnotalent

Not letting that stop me. And it doesn’t have to stop you. Work ethic is a mindset. A choice. Not a talent. If you want something. Find a way. Fuck talent.
