23.01.2022 You may or may not have noticed... I've been taking a break from creating content and showing up online for the last 6 months. Astrologically, I've been experiencing Pluto, Jupiter & Saturn transiting my natal moon. It's been an intense year, that I can only describe as a powerful metamorphosis process. 20.01.2022 DIGEST THIS!!! If you are managing your digestion issues with restrictive eating, using an overabundance of supplements and vitamins then you are avoiding the real issues. For starters, if your heart has blocks, barriers and walls with accepting and receiving love, your body systems will too.... Food intolerances and allergies are curable. Dr Google is corrupt! Your energy system holds the answers to the roots of the problem. Resolving Shock, Trauma, Drama & Abuse is key. I respect the timing, alignment and readiness someone requires to heal their emotional wounds and shift limiting beliefs. There needs to be a openness to letting go of resentment, the anger and grudges along with all the other emotional wounds and experiences that have gone unresolved. Acceptance, forgiveness, compassion and unconditional love transforms and heals! It's much faster to go down into the shadows before heading towards the light. OH, you've done this already? It's not complete! Issues can have layers that take time to unpack. Learning lessons and integrating truth can speed up processes. It's one thing to deal with your own energy and experiences. I've seen digestive systems full of absorb emotions and other peoples problems. Entangled with your own experience from conception to now can be genetic issues and soul level patterns intertwining with the problem. Sometimes there is a list of issues that require resolving before the digestive system fully functions. Sometimes it the first thing to heal, sometimes its the last. Then, all pathogens have their own coding. Parasites feed off your emotional imbalances. Heavy metals are attracted to poor emotional foundations. Worms loves people who have weak boundaries. Viruses thrive off your unworthiness. Textbook healing is great but its limited to the extent of your unique energy coding. Am I who I think you think I am? Who am I not? There are many perspectives and possibilities of our separation from wholeness. We don't know, what we don't know. The darkness of our shadows can reveal to us the truth. Can we be aware of our judgments, criticisms, prejudices, dis-idenitifcations and emotional triggers? Does kindness and compassion arise with self awareness, or is it self awareness with punishment and cruelty? A discomfort or resistance is a normal feeling and obstacle for a journey inside. What will I find out about myself? What have my ancestors done? What karma does my soul carry? What truly scares me more, my darkness or my light? What will happen to me if I step into my greatness? Self assessment is one of the toughest battles we may face. The ego will fight to stay in control, to be safe and comfortable. For some it can be a game, for others it's a battle, for many its a place we never want to go. Let the game begin? How many of my patterns am I aware of, and can name? Where in my body is tight, tense or in pain, what is the symbolism? What are the thoughts and emotions that arise from this space? Am I aware of the connection between my health issues and my mind, my body & my spiritual connection? What is my sleeping patterns and dreams signaling to me? Are my breathing patterns regulating my body into health or disease? How often am I triggered into emotional charges that are stealing my peace? What unwanted situations keep reoccurring and repeating that I can't stop or control? Self awareness will help us find the key. Our Higher Self will connect us to the correct door. Our free will chooses to open the door or not. The fool opens the door to non-sense and steps in. The integration of the Warrior, Lover & Sovereign Leader must emerge for the journey. Then magic is created by the fool trusting the intuition, the non-sense! Not using the minds logic or rationale. The space of no where, no time, no thing and no one allows the Magician to become.
