25.01.2022 So it was a busy day on Saturday, Two separate jobs, one returning customer and a new customer, (New customer is a Family member of another client) Word of mouth is just the best...! Quality Counts is my method statement...... Anyways both my clients are very happy with the services provided...

23.01.2022 Another on going job finally completed this week... More fluro repairs, Replacement of old exit lights with LED exit lights, installation of LED down lights and installation of 4ft LED weather proof lights... Its been a pleasure Marvel Realty... The office looks real sharp now...!!!

22.01.2022 Another glorious weekend and another returning customer! Saturday’s job to clean up the internet and provide storage...

22.01.2022 So Ive been a little busy.... Last week: A new / but returning client asked me to complete some work for them, remove some lights and fan and install 7 downlights and 1 pendant... Job turned out nicely, with a very happy client!... On my way out I was asked if I knew a plumber, I do, why whats up? Our shower taps arent working properly, we cant regulate the temp, the taps leak and the water pressure is terrible, well... lets have a look! And as easy as that, I fixed that issue too! Now the client was even happier! Plus I still gave them the plumbers No. the painters No. and a Air condition places No. All round complete service!

21.01.2022 Another small job completed... Removal and reinstallation of a fan. Not a straight forward job tho...! I got to say, by god there is some dodgy tradesmen out there... Job turned out real neat and client is grateful.

15.01.2022 Another busy weekend... 5 fans, 4 LED down lights & dimmer,2 outside security lights & 1 chandelier

15.01.2022 So I’ve been a little busy.... Last week: A new / but returning client asked me to complete some work for them, remove some lights and fan and install 7 downlights and 1 pendant... Job turned out nicely, with a very happy client!... On my way out I was asked if I knew a plumber, I do, why what’s up? 14.01.2022 Another beautiful weekend...! And another beautiful job completed for a very happy client... 30mtrs of outside fairy lights on a stainless steel cable line setup in the garden, 15mtrs of fairy lights on a stainless steel cable line under the pergola, switched from inside the house. Installed outside power point and power point for outside mounted tv, installed mounted tv under pergola. Installed door bell system.

13.01.2022 Well its Holidays for some and work for others! Another returning customer, and the removal of an old fan in a two story house, to moved and replaced with a chandelier light fitting, and a new installation of two twilight LED down lights on separate switch in the lounge room. Removed an old light fitting in the dinning room and replaced with a chandelier light fitting same as lounge room.... Installed 1 x new power point. (Pictures to come - client is still waiting on the chandelier glass shades to arrive and get the hole from the removal of the old fan fixed before sending me some pics)

13.01.2022 So its been a crazy month... Seannes Electrical Services has been lucky to be involved in a clients home renovation. Firstly it was the lights...... Secondly, the removal of kitchen appliances, relocation of power points for the kitchen renovations. Once the kitchen was installed, and before I could fit the new appliances, a new hot plate and oven circuit with isolation switches plus a new microwave power point had to be installed and then installation of the final finishing touches, a pendant light over the breakfast bar area and all topped off with power points and switches all fitted with brushed Aluminium covers... And another pendant was fitted in the lounge room... Looks awesome! The client is very very happy! Next on the list is to relocate tv aerials and mount 2 x TVs to the walls to create more space... Watch this space...

12.01.2022 So another beautiful weekend and another amazing transformation for a returning customer! New installation of Inside and outside LED lights... The results are beautiful...

12.01.2022 Ok, so I completed a fit out for a client... Turned out real nice... One small problem gyprocers put the fan cables in the wrong spot... I didnt notice and installed the fan my client didnt notice either until the fan was installed...! So thanks gyprockers now I have to move the fan and the client has to patch her new ceiling! Now to get it fixed for my client ASAP!!!

11.01.2022 Another lovely Saturday (including the rain) Completed some electrical works for a mate (Member of the Sydney Oz Boulevard) Anyways a fun day was had by all...... I moved a light switch that was in the way for future works (that was a little tricky) Relocated Aerial & FOXTEL cables Removed damaged power points and replaced, with new double power points with dual USB ports, upgraded single power points to double power points. Replaced smoke detectors, removed and replaced fan and light batten and installed LED down lights in family/dining area, removed old 4ft fluros and installed outside 4ft slim line LED lights under pergola, replace batten light in garage and installed LED 4ft batten, removed old light fittings and installed new LED light fittings in the kitchen & Installed two beautiful LED pendant lights over the dinning table. Best bit, client & his wife are very happy! Always a pleasure to see your work can make someone else smile..! Especially in these trying times.

11.01.2022 Another job completed this month for a returning customer: New lounge room and dining room led down lights, plus new foyer and hallway led down lights, new toilet fan and down light. Plus a new power point for the garage door opener.

11.01.2022 En-suite complete after rough in...!

11.01.2022 Well it maybe Christmas, but clients still need work completed. Installed an outside TV on swinging bracket for a new client, and my wife made a suitable outside tv cover to match the clients wall... Oh and while I was there I saw the side access gate and locks where damaged, I explained to the client that I can repair and install a new safety lock. The client advised that if I could that would be of great value, so I repaired the side access gate and installed a new D&D Magl...ock lock on the side gate. Always happy to help with most trade tasks.

10.01.2022 Ok, so was. Busy weekend...! First up, something a little different...! A very loyal client called and asked for a favour! Front & Back doors wont open/shut/lock properly can you help?! Yup, certainly can!... Fixed a few small items while I was there just for good measure! Now client feels safe again. See more

I couldn’t of done it alone, with out the help of my clients son, (the roof ninja) ... David thank you so very much for your help and the laughs! The job was done, and the house... 05.01.2022 Another beautiful sunny Sunday and another job completed... 1 x 3 in 1 (fan/light/heat) installed in bathroom Removal of old light fittings and installed 22 x LED tri-coloured (set on daylight) down lights and 1 x childs light fitting installed... Removed oven and hot plate for kitchen upgrades. Finished product looks amazing, so much more light... Client has lots of work still ahead...

03.01.2022 Completed an install of two light fittings and some general house repairs for a returning client last weekend... Client is a very happy lady...!

03.01.2022 Second job for Saturday remove 3 x old remote operated fans that had been installed on a sub par level. (I dont understand why trades insist on doing half a job and taking short cuts..!!!) Anyways, installed 3 x new wall operated fans, removed architrave switches and installed wall mounted controls, I had a few challenges, but I got there in the end. Client was very happy, Im not so happy as one of the walls was a challenge and I had to make a few small incisions to try and get around all of the timber work... (Sometimes it happens but, it still sucks) Thankfully the client is doing Reno work and is not fussed about the small repair work required, as the architrave switch holes need to be filled anyways. (Thank you for your understanding Sarah)

03.01.2022 Another returning customer Im looking after, this is a work in progress job... Completed the rough in of bedroom, (power,lights & tv) and installed two new fans in other bedrooms and relocated light switch from behind bedroom door. Its been fun working with this client... Im looking forward to completing the job once the room is ready for me to do the fit out...!

02.01.2022 So its been a while since my last big job... This one was a doozy! Steel house frame... Not easy.... 4 x power points and 3 x fans and 1 x super fan... All in all, 13hrs of hard yakka, great results and a very happy client, just the way I like it...
