Our core volunteers are unable to transport the rubbish from our upcoming clean up to the tip as we don’t have a suitable vehicle. 04.01.2022 Flashback Friday This time last year Sea Shepherd MD Crew were in Arnhem Land working alongside our friends the Dhimurru Rangers to clean Djulpan. We were se...t to return in 2020 but with restrictions in place for COVID sadly we were not to able to do so. However, we remember the great work we did together and knowing that 20 tonnes of plastic pollution was removed from 8.5km of beach over 2018 and 2019. That was roughly a tonne each day from a place that is a significant turtle nesting and culturally important land to the Yolngu people. We can't wait to get back out there next year!
