15.01.2022 Boundaries is something I talk about a lot personally and in my counselling .. we have to have boundaries they keep us safe physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. All too often we speak a boundary but for many reasons we allow people to step over our boundaries. Sone people don’t take kindly to our boundaries because it interrupts their goals and desires.
