21.01.2022 A couple of years ago a friend gave me a desert ash tree trunk that I milled into slabs. When they dried I machined the timber and made a couple of coffee tables. The timber is very fine grained and the figure is amazing.

20.01.2022 There is something special about helping someone with a surprise gift. This neat little wine rack and drinks cabinet was a great addition to the corner of the living room. Especially once it is fully stocked.

20.01.2022 An interesting project fitting out a basement entertainment area with solid timber tops finished with ‘Raw’ Osmo Poly-x oil. Well done Flair Cabinets on the base cabinets and Modem Construction Group on the building work.

13.01.2022 A sneak preview of what has been keeping us busy for the last 3 months. The first stage of the Astor Hotel rebuild opens in a few days and then we are into stage 2. We will post some better photos once it is all cleaned and ready to go.

13.01.2022 A few more photos of the Astor Hotel Albury project. Stage 1 completed in partnership with Steve Meredith Cabinetry. Our component used 2 tonnes of American Oak and Tasmanian Oak, 600kg of brass, 300 kg of terrazzo stone, 500 kg of steel, 12m2 of high grade mirror, 15 litres of Osmo Poly-X oil and a whole lot of sweat. 01.01.2022 Loved doing this matching pair of tables to grace a beautiful old farm homestead. The longer table is 3m and the side table is 1300 long. Tasmanian Oak with bread board ends and a light oak finish. What the client said: Garry. Thank you so very much for the making of our tables, your attention to detail and the love of the job. Sitting round it this morning with family and friends it is everything that I wanted it to be a great size width and height feet resting on railings relaxed and inviting conversation.
