19.01.2022 Ludovic announced @ Season X in the Bridge #10 From a fresh wave of House artists in Sydney this year, one character stands out head and shoulders above the rest. I want to live and breathe the old school DJ mentality, I want to help maintain our late night entertainment options and I want to show you how you can blend in with it seamlessly. I want to perfect my craft patiently from the industries best. I want to combine all of those old school mentalities with the tool...s that we have to use in the new school environment of today. LUDOVIC one versatile machine. He shows off this key qualities during his sets in his Beloved home town "Sydney Aus". His range is eclectic, and his music effortlessly thrown together. At the end of the day, through all the sub genres and styles out there in todays environment, LUDOVIC plays HOUSE music. In all of its glory, and all of its forms, whilst remaining engaged with the younger and fresher crowd of Sydney. I am all about building trust with the dance floor. I want them engaged by guiding them through familiar territory at the start of the set. Then once we have a good relationship, they will allow me to push the limits artistically. Sometimes ill go too left field, but thats all in the fun of it. I know when to pull back. Its all a work in progress, but when is art perfect. I find the attraction in the imperfection with the delivery of music. I now am putting this perspective into my own original productions. Spending mammoths amount of time pondering about how to approach the craft and art of DJing with long time friend Walker [QLD/Elsewhere/Buxton Records], the two have forged a bond and mutual respect. "Kos is a true House music aficionado. His journey has been exciting to watch and I am thrilled to be apart of it. I can honestly say that the original music coming from him over the next 3 years is going to be fresh, dark and personal. I love to work with him on his productions, to take him further away from what he thinks we want him to create, more to the personal and deep music that we all know he is capable of. Thanks to all the volunteers crew, staff, djs/producers, sound system engineer, projections crew, food stalls, clothing shops, recycling crew, and every single one of you that came along and enjoyed all the weekend together even dancing under the rain as we wouldnt have a tomorrow. 09.01.2022 Please read: We have all been understandably concerned with whats happening in our world. This is a challenging time for everyone - from worrying about our health, hearing about and speaking to those who are in lockdown cities, seeing panic buying at supermarkets, being concerned about our vulnerable family and friends, feeling anxious about the wider economic and financial impact and other fears. We want to assure you that this is our top priority, and we have our dedicated... COVID-19 Taskforce who have been working continuously on our response plan. Your health, safety, and wellbeing are our primary concern as we manage through this time of uncertainty. Across our 5 year history, we have demonstrated our resilience in challenging times, we will face this together, to help our people, our friends and our wider community emerge. Thanks for all the support through all these years together. Within that said, at this stage we WILL NOT GO AHEAD with the event on 21st of March ,but within that said, we will postpone the event to our next available date, which is 19 of September this year. Thanks for the many of you who believe and keep us alive and support us in every situation over and over during these 5 years. You can still purchase a ticket for our next party, just keep in mind that we might postpone it in case we cannot go ahead. As you could see, many countries have been shutdown and borders are being put in place to not spread this virus around the globe quickly to make sure our lovely elderly people are safe (it could be our grandpa or grandma) and to do it so, we will also not go ahead with this event to make sure everyone is fine. We will proceed with all the ticket refund to everyone who purchased a ticket and will go ahead and try to make a better date for our interstate acts and lovely friends to come in a safer date. Thank you again for all the support that Season X Family is being given. We really appreciate all the effort in getting together through this situation. Love you all, Season X Team.
