24.01.2022 HOW DO YOU START YOUR DAY? "A little look into how i start my days" 4:00 am "Wake Up"... 4:00 am - 4:09 am "Feel Greatful" Love, joy, health, wealth and happiness. 4:09 am "Count down" from 5 seconds jump out of bed. 4:10 am "Cold Shower" 2 Minutes warm 60 seconds of solid cold to finish... Breeeathe. 4:15 am - 4:30 am "Meditate" Cool calm collected. (ussually try for 60 minutes depending on jobs scheduled) 4:30 am - 4:40 am "Breath Hold push ups" Alkalize my body with breath work and do 70 push ups on a single breath. 4:40 am - 4:45 am "Be Still" kneel on floor, conscious breathing, feel energized in state if NOW. 4:50 4:55 am "Make your bed" Clean lines and tight folds. 4:55 am "Gratitude" write 5 -10 things im greatful for in my life. 5:00 am "GET AT IT" Rock a solid day towards your dreams. Because if you say getting the money is the most important thing. You will spend your life completely wasting your time, you will be doing things you don't like doing in order to go on living that is to keep doing things you don't like doing. Better to have a short life which is full of what you love doing then... a long life full of doing things you don't like doing. That's why it's so important to consider this question.
