Our Client wanted a design that pushed the boundaries of a typical 'lot development' to create something that was not only affordable but beautiful too. The design is fresh, light-filled, and open plan (even on such a small lot!) ...we can't wait to show you more as it develops!

We will be keeping to a small footprint through clever design solutions that maximises the use of space, natural light, high ceilings and direct indoor and outdoor connection. 13.01.2022 |Welcome to our place... This is a project we've been working on for a little while now. It's a workers cottage from the 1950s that requires a bit of TLC. We considered living in it in its current condition and sitting tight until we could build a bigger, 'better' house...but then we realised that's not what Seau is about! 10.01.2022 Concept design for the new Johnny's Burgers which just recently opened in Joondalup. On our first site visit, we were presented with a rundown, abandoned restaurant. We redesigned this space and the commercial kitchen to create a space that reflects the Johnnys Burger brand.

08.01.2022 Our Hubert St project has received DA approval! The project includes a rear extension to an existing character house. We worked hard to design a modern space that met our clients needs while still respecting and paying tribute to the original character of the house and the surrounding Guildford area. Looking forward to getting this one onto site!
