05.01.2022 The Project, Mining and Construction (PMC) team has completed many import and export projects. Over the past 12 months SEAWAY have successfully helped various industries which included the exporting of various luxury yachts loaded ex Australia to USA, and Break-Bulk (BBLK) cargoes such as a Chimney stack ex Denmark. In addition, SEAWAY Projects also managed a large inbound shipment of a 380t Ship unloader ex China. SEAWAY’s most recent project was a large shipment of 308 cont...ainers which included an inducement call into Mackay port for the project to be exported to Indonesia. The above projects all had unique loading and unloading requirements which included yachts being pre-slung and cradled, lifted ex water to flat racks. Chimney sections being handled from port to site with the ship unloader and the 308 containers moving as charter/s. These shipments represent only a small portion of SEAWAY PMC’s role in a multitude of industries handling High Heavy (HH) Break-Bulk (BBLK), Roll On/Roll Off (RORO) and charter work handled in this calendar year.
