It is business as usual! However, it is most important to increase hygiene and frequently wash hands with soapy water and sanitise regularly Please consider using your own pocket hand sanitisers as well as what we are providing at the club. Step One: Put a pot of hot water on (for noddles) Step Two: Heat the wok or frying pan over high heat with some oil with some salt and pepper, add chicken cook till almost cook through. Step Three: Add carrot strips and capsicum to the chicken. Now you will add in the prawns, snow peas and spring onions Step Four: Now you want to add the curry paste and soy sauce in, make sure you cook out the curry paste because you don’t want that bitter taste. Step Five: The last thing you need to do is add the noddles to the hot water pot for 30 seconds, all you need to do is just warm them up and then you want to put them in the stir-fry and toss them through. Step Six: Now sever with coriander leaves on top.
