These were marked as grass fed, but the fat content and colour looks more like grain finished to me? @squid_rock @lukeleyson what do you guys think? 04.01.2022 As the colder nights start setting in, I keep thinking of this dish. Smoked oxtail ramen with a dashi broth. At a comp last year we decided not to cook brisket and failed at an attempt at serving pulled oxtail amongst some other things but we were stokes on how delicious the cooking liquid from the braise was... at @uisbbqcomp this year we thought we could actually eat something other than ‘port’ and cooked up steaming bowls of ramen for breakfast. It did not help us to win (anything other than the hearts of @bekah_amy & @mr__fishy ) but it did help our hangover. Weekend meal prep sorted! #oxtail #ramen @hotdub1964 nailed the #eggs #yum
