01.04.2022 FINAL DAY OF MASTERS GAMES YESTERDAY Saturday afternoon saw the last day of the Australian Masters games and what great fights were on display!... First up for us yesterday was Sahar, which we found out late the night before she was even fighting.. once again she fought up 3 weight divisions all the way to 63Kgs to get a fight.. Sahar boxed great against her much bigger opponent landing some great punches through her high work rate which just got better and better as the fight went on.. Sahar lost a close decision to her opponent.. Hats off to you mate as you can see your improvement from everything you do in the gym and this was also her 3rd fight in 6 days so you have earned a day off Up next was Re in a fight we knew was going to be a ripper against a great opponent..It certainly lived up to that, you could see the level of the open class female boxers in this fight with a combination of great skills and work rate by both girls.. In a highly contested fight that had the crowd going up until the end, Re lost by decision but is edging closer each time to winning that big one so so proud of your development in your boxing Re, your attitude towards it is amazing! So that’s a wrap for the Australian Masters games just want to say thank you to everyone who came down to support the club and I couldn’t be more prouder of the 5 boxers we had compete this year.. You 5 I know already have inspired many more from the gym to have a go at it next year when the Masters games will be held in Cairns Queensland Anyway back to the gym Monday in preparation for the next fight night on the 28th May where we will have an army ready of our boxers ready to compete!

30.03.2022 ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL DAY AT THE MASTERS Day 2 of the Australian master games is in the books and we had Lester & Andrew boxing in Finals ... Up first was Lester boxing up a weight division as he had no opponent in his weight division! Lester boxed unbelievable all 3 rounds.. he boxed nice and long, throwing lovely clean punches throughout all 3 rds while showing great upper body movement slipping and rolling making his opponent miss punches showing what a classy boxer he is, especially for his first fight.. Lester took the points victory and the gold medal in his weight division Well done mate, so proud of you and you deserve it after all the hard work you’ve put in Up next was Andrew in the final of his weight division after taking the semi final victory last night.. Unfortunately Andrew couldn’t get started as his opponent rushed him from the start taking him off guard and gave him two 8 counts on the first round forcing the referee to stop the bout in the first round Chin up mate as we’re so proud of what you’ve achieved this whole journey at your age and you should be so proud of yourself! Once again thanks to the people who came down to support the gym! Tomorrow we have Re fighting in the open class masters title belt and Sahar in the final of her weight division so get down and support the girls! 25.01.2022 GOLDEN GLOVES FINALS THIS WEEKEND Good luck to our 4 boxers this weekend! Idris, Ben, Kasra and Mohammed are fighting in the WA State Golden gloves finals this Saturday... So get down to the Croatian club in North Fremantle and support the lads!! Fights start at 5pm sharp and tickets are available on the door for $30 Time to put on a show boys after the serious hard work you’ve put in the gym the last few months

23.01.2022 Great night of boxing by the lads tonight! 3 wins from 3 fights Aziz won his bout in a rematch from his last bout 3 weeks ago but made sure he boxed so the decision went his way this time.. Ben had his first fight for the year and showed how much he has improved by boxing great all 3 rounds with a super high work rate... Finally the last fight for the night was our other Team Captain Leeroy, Great technical boxing from start to finish and won every round .. well done again boys, very proud of you as always... onto the next show in two weeks time! Thanks to everyone who came down from the club to support the Boys

22.01.2022 Great night of boxing last night in the finals of the WA state golden gloves... 3 of our boxers had big step ups last night and really stepped up to the plate, all 4 of you boxed really well and didn’t look out of place doing so... Well done Idris, Ben, Kasra and Mohammed Very proud of all of you We ended up with 2 wins out of 4 fights... Congratulations to Kasra and Ben on taking out their respective titles.. Thanks to our crew from the gym that came down to support th...e lads.. Another awesome turn out again!! A special mention though must go to USO Ben Brown & his opponent Seth Price from Wanneroo BC who put on one of the best action packed fights I’ve seen in a long time from the opening bell to the final bell... it was an absolute WAR that had the crowd going off.. so well done to you both... Were now onto the next show in a few weeks time and will have atleast 12 of our boxers ready to go if they can get fights!!

10.01.2022 2 wins from 2 tonight for the boys... well done lads you both boxed great... Zobiah won an impressive unanimous decision winning every round comfortably... Then Tommy was up and was super sharp from the start and stopped his opponent in the 2nd round... Great stuff again boys and let’s do it all again next week... 08.01.2022 MASTERS ONLY BOXING CLASSES Coming soon We will be running Masters only boxing classes from mid October for Male and females from the ages of 40yrs and above! We will be cover everything from the ground up.. From footwork drills, correct boxing technique, Glove work drills, pad work and also controlled sparring when your up to that level!... Dates on the commencement of these classes to be released soon

07.01.2022 12 good rounds of sparring for the boxers tonight then all 18 of them had a date with their friend the AIR MILL for a minute each and pumped out 14.26kms as a team... well done lads, always room for improvement
