09.01.2022 MJ Surf Art is a shop out in Kullaroo Drive, almost opposite Bob Brown Surfboards. There is some creative local works out there, that suit many taste types. Pai...ntings, pottery, alaia tables, body-surf pods, painted surfboards, surf photography, wall hangings, enamelised bric-a-brac.....just to name a few.....something for everyone. Go have a look, make an offer, help support local industry. If we don't buy from lesser-named enterprises, the big corporations will force them aside and monopolise all markets. Did you realise that timber from the yard over the back fence is cheaper than our corporate supplier...Did you know that shower screens from over the back fence are cheaper than our corporate supplier...did you know that plumbing supplies and fittings from over the back fence are cheaper than our corporate supplier.....did you realise that the maker of the surfboards that 10 x world champ surfs will not make you surf like him, are not synonymous to this surf type and area, yet are more expensive than locally hand crafted boards and nowhere near the quality. Of course shopping under the one roof means we don't have to deal with people or get off our backsides. Wake up Australia.
