25.01.2022 I have been finding lately, the more I tune into my heart ('intuition') and allow the answers to come to me, my life seems to be sooo much fun!! :)

24.01.2022 There is so much to prepare before your baby is born that it can sometimes be overwhelming. The best thing I did was to cook up about different meals and freeze them. It was heaven on a stick - at the end of the day when you were tired and didn't have the energy to make dinner! Would anyone else like to add their suggestions on what they did to prepare themselves?

18.01.2022 Many different emotions will surface throughout your pregnancy - you may like to just observe them, notice them. A great way to release them is to write down your thoughts/feelings and discard them in anyway (such as burn, freeze them in water, or tear up).
