25.01.2022 COVID-19 & PSG: Until further notice Fear not, your security is still being taken care of. All services will remain in place until further notice by the Australian Government & WHO. 1. 24/7 control room: No disruptions to your service. Our team is planning a strategic roster for the potential lock down period. Back to Base Monitoring will remain in place.... 2. Patrols & Alarm Responses to sites: No change at this point in time. These services are able to remain in place with no person to person contact. 3. Service & Enquiries - Our administration team will temporarily work from home. Taking sales enquiries, account changes and installation bookings. 4. Until further notice, our installation and sales team will continue to support the communitys security needs but strictly adhering to the new measures in place around social distancing and hygiene. The health of our team is our priority and they will use discretion when attending each site. At present, we do not see there being any change in the back to base monitoring or patrols/alarm response services during this time. It is very likely to be a required service with minimal person to person contact. We will be following the guidelines set by the government and our Security Industry Association as it comes to hand. We recommend you have in place your own contingency lock down plan to minimize the need to attend to your sites during the next 3 weeks. The aim is to minimize person to person contact. If an untoward event takes place our team will assess your Site whether it be from an alarm activation or regular patrol attendance and report any findings to you as per normal. Do you have scheduled open times in your automated access control? Ensure this is updated if you are in lock down and not at the site. 2. Do you have card holders with access to sites. Perhaps place all card holders on pause to restrict access during lock down periods. 3. Check all door locks are in working order. Roller doors, pedestrian doors, garage doors. 4. Back to Base Monitoring - if you have changes for after hours key persons please let us know for updates via [email protected] 5. Remote view / access - are credentials up to date and working? test them now before its too late for a service. 6. Back up battery systems? Test and check your back up battery is in working order in case you are in lock down and AC power fails during your time away. UPS / Back up panel batteries etc. 7. Patrols - do you require additional day time or night time patrols to your site? arrange this now at [email protected]

You can be anywhere (with wifi to your phone) and answer the video call. Two-way communication allows you to answer all calls as though your still on site. The password is completely different to any of your existing personal passwords. It is recommended you service your system 6monthly or annually for a firmware upgrade to keep up with the latest security patches.
