23.01.2022 Due to continued growth and client demand we are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Technician. All training will be provided, and as most installation locations are throughout the Riverina, a drivers licence is a requirement for this position. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:... -NBN FTTN, FTTP and FTTC connections -Troubleshooting, replacing defective equipment, fault finding and clearing -Assessing client premises for appropriate installation location -Domestic, commercial and industrial cabling -Effective time management -Assisting junior staff with their learning and understanding of processes -Maintaining safe work practices in regards to Securitel Pty Ltd's policies and any companies that we may sub-contract through Key requirements: -Australian permanent resident or Australian citizen -Minimum of 3 years Telecommunications experience or relevant industry experience -Cert III in Telecommunications -ACMA Open cablers licence -Construction White Card -Current un-restricted drivers licence -Current first aid certificate would be an advantage -NBN enAble card would be an advantage The successful candidate will be required to complete a NSW police check prior to starting.
