19.01.2022 Hi members, Unfortunately our November club day falls within the 2 week ban on sporting events, and with no certainty that restrictions will be lifted after that time, SEDA has decided to turn our Xmas rally into a virtual event. So what does that mean? We are offering members the chance to compete in 3 virtual events!... Best dressed horse and rider - dress yourself and your horse in your best Xmas outfits and send in a photo An encouragement Prix Caprilli test - instructions and the test are attached to this email. Send in a video. A Novelty Xmas freestyle test - send in a video Novelty Xmas freestyle - dress up in costume encouraged Movements should include: Entry at A halt and salute at X At C place decoration on Xmas tree Free walk on long rein min 20m Working trot including 20m circles left and right. Leg yield to the left and right. Go over pole on the ground Working canter Dismount put on Santa hat and remount Rein back Put carrot and a drink out for Santa Artistic marks: harmony between horse and rider, choice of music, choreography/inventiveness Remember you must be a financial member of SEDA to participate. 17.01.2022 AGM Hello everyone !! We will be holding our AGM on Tuesday 10th November, at the south Aussie hotel. Meeting time will start at 7:30pm your welcome to have dinner before hand at 6 30pm. As we all know this year has been hard and very diffrent, but the next year we see many great things happening with the club. ... Many hands make light work so more member willing to help organise things will give the club more opportunities. Having more members willing to give ideas and help create great things will open up the club to being able to offer many more things for our members. So if you have an opinion, or wish to see something new or a change happen for the best within this club please come along. We welcome fresh ideas minds and hands. Don't forget lock it in. 10.01.2022 Our next club day will be Christmas themed Save the date 29th November. Set up 10am ride 11am Location Hi-Pine equestrian centre ... (Andreas) If you need the location address please inbox. There will be a prize for best dressed on the day, the theme is Christmas. BBQ lunch at 1pm gold coin for a snag :) We will have a specialised obsical course set up, also a poles set up with some dressage excersizes for any one wanting to participate. Don't forget we have a day try membership fee of $20 so bring a friend is welcomed. We would appreciate RSVP so we can keep control of numbers to stay covid safe :)

06.01.2022 Hello members !! Hope your all doing well :) We are holding a training day on Sunday the 11th of October ... We will have arena set up this will be beneficial for anyone participating in online compeitions as we can record your test for you !! There will also be flat work excersizes set up. This training day will be held at the mount gambier pony club grounds. Start time yet to be advised. We would love member feedback and imput into our club. This will be located at Hi Pine Equestrian Centre... Price $120 for a SEDA member $135 plus day membership of $20 for non members.
