23.01.2022 We’ll let YOU decide.....7.5 or 8 push-ups completed? Have you been spending a lot of time at home and started doing push-ups? Not really sure if you’re doing them properly? Look no further because these are absolutely textbook! Midline stability Elbow tracking... Weight distribution over hands Gus crushing it as per usual.

20.01.2022 These two are LEGIT. Wall sits are challenging at the best of times, but pair them with air squats and your legs are really going to hurt. Thankfully, as you can see, they have each other to get them through the pain Team work makes the dream work.

15.01.2022 MOVEMENT COMPETENCY . Here’s an update on Tom and his single leg work. It’s starting to ‘flow’ a lot better and feel a bit more natural for him. Before long, that right hand won’t be holding on...stay tuned!! #SeetheAbility

07.01.2022 See the Ability is taking a short break throughout these Stage 4 lockdowns. Over the coming weeks, we will show some really simple and effective exercises, that are important for everyone. First off we have the very much underrated skill, picking yourself up off the floor. Something a lot of us take for granted, is the ability to sit down, stand up, and lower yourself to the floor freely. It can be challenging for many. Use it or lose it!... Gus is practicing some simple mechanics that form the ability to stand from a kneeling position. As usual, Gus is doing a killer job. #SeetheAbility

06.01.2022 Here’s an awesome progress comparison for Tom and his split-squatting. Most of Tom’s lower body work revolves around squatting and a stable base of support. We slowly introduced split squats and as you can hear in the first video he was carrying on a bit . Luckily - we know our participants really well and also know that this is normal from Tom when it’s new and a little uncomfortable. Its the good kind of pain, not the bad kind! Fast forward a couple of sessions (video 2)and the pattern drastically improved - as well as far less carry-on! After Stage 4 restrictions have lifted we don’t doubt that with a little more work, Tom will be split squatting unassisted in no time #SeetheAbility

02.01.2022 Skipping is one of those skills that seems to get lost over time. It gets taught in primary school, and then forgotten. In fact, primary school could have been the last time some even held a skipping rope! There are some great physical benefits of skipping - but the main one we’re focusing on here for Alex is coordination. Alex hasn’t done much skipping and this was just the second time we tried it together. Only up from here.
