23.01.2022 Tromboncino looks like it's almost stopped growing despite the little ramp I made to keep it off the ground. (Photos taken 2 weeks apart) #gardening #gardeningaustralia #gyo #groworganic #urbanorganicgardener #tromboncino #growwhatyoueat #growfoodnotlawns #urbangardener
22.01.2022 Terribly sorry!!! We're still experiencing delays... Unfortunately COVID-19 has had a number of unexpected impacts on some of our suppliers which is delaying us from posting out the April packs. We are passionate about supporting other local businesses, and want to continue to show our support in these difficult times. This does not affect our seeds and we will let you know as soon as packs are sent. We really appreciate all the kind words and everyone's patience in the current circumstances!

12.01.2022 Been working in the verge garden getting ready for spring (weeding & topping with compost). Also watching the garlic grow. Hopefully we planted enough for the year to use in the kitchen and to plant out for another crop next season. #veggiepatch #vegetablegarden #vegetablegardening #vergegarden #growfoodnotlawns #organicgardening #gardeningaustralia #organicallygrown #gyo

06.01.2022 We love hearing stories from the Seedle community! We just received this email from Rhianna in QLD, which made us smile... "Thanks for the first months worth of seeds which included the mystery seeds. Erin wanted me to send an email to let you know what had grown and what we had found out so far. On 23 June 2020 Erin and I sat down before we planting the seeds and seperated them out into the two seed shapes. Erin noted that the one of the seeds was thinner, but longer, stripe...d and smelt like 'daddy's liquorice'. We compared it to the fennel seeds in the cupboard as they were a similar shape but bigger but she declared it to have a different smell. The other seed was small round, all black with no smell. I ended up planting the mystery seeds for her on that day as she found them too small to handle, along with some mizuna. My son Mitchell then took it upon himself to water the seeds everyday since with a spray bottle which he really enjoys. After 3 days the Mizuna came up and within 5 days the first of the black seed section came up. It wasn't until the weekend gone when the second set of leaves came through it dawned on me that the small black seeds were basil (see first photo). The July seeds also arrived last week. We are yet to plant these however Erin did enjoy figuring out the coded question. She decided to try and draw her own picture code. A photo also attached." Thanks Rhianna, Erin and Mitchell! 05.01.2022 How amazing and strange are passionfruit! Loving this year's fruit after cutting it right back 2 years ago. We're happy it covers our rainwater tank once again #gardentokitchen #growyourownfood #gardengifts #gardening #gardeningaustralia #gyo #groworganic #gardentoplate #eco #ecogifts #urbanorganicgardener #passionfruit
04.01.2022 This weekend's harvest. Particularly excited by the cabbage. Looking like a coleslaw might be on the menu tonight! #gardentokitchen #growyourownfood #gardening #gardeningaustralia #gyo #urbanorganicgardener #growfoodnotlawns #sustainablegifts #sustainability #growwhatyoueat #veggiepatch #vegetablegarden
03.01.2022 Some lovely neighbours dropped this fun seed/kernels in our letterbox last year and we've just picked them. How amazing are the colours!? Almost too pretty to eat...luckily they don't taste great. Might try and make them into popcorn or grind it into cornmeal. #vergegarden #gardentokitchen #growyourownfood #growfoodnotlawns #gardeningaustralia #gyo #groworganic #veggiepatch #vegetablegarden
01.01.2022 Here are some little finger eggplants from the bushes we planted in December. Don't forget, you can try and keep the plants through to next season. If they make it through winter, you'll get a bumper crop next summer! #organicfarming #vegetablegardening #seedstarting #seedleaustralia #eggplants #freshfood
