24.01.2022 This has been my first real rain experience followin an extended dry since moving in to the Ag industry. The lessons i have learnt over the past couple of years have equaled if not out weighed the benefits of the rain itself. while some of the lessons have been hard and costly, the support of a community and friends who go above and beyond to help you learn, sharing their experience and knowledge has kept things in perspective for me. like my previous career, the recurring theme in Ag is just keep going. The rains will come and the mulga will grow...

One of Damien’s key strengths is the ability to design and deliver evidence based, best practice and holistic programs tailored to the specific needs of the individual or group. 19.01.2022 Until Valhalla!

19.01.2022 For all the mums out there that struggle getting their childrens favourite songs out of their heads!!!.... "Baby Calves doo do do dodododo, baby calves doo do do dododo baby calves, baby calves doo do do dododo, baby calves!!!......." You're welcome!!!... Our focus is in our brand name. From little things, big things grow. Weaners that do well in the mulga do even better on grass. Before they leave, all weaners are given the chance at yard education and eating pellets from advantage feeders. This reduces their transition time to new ways of eating, and therefore stress levels, no matter where they end up.

13.01.2022 In 2017/18 while training in my old job, I received one two many bumps in areas that take a long time to recover. After 14 years and 12 deployments, I made the decision to move forward with my life, choosing agriculture as my new working home, recognizing it was the closest job to my old one and my last chance of reclaiming a purpose for me and my family in this world. As my family and close community continue to endure a public onslaught of trial by media, I have come to r...ealize that farmers and primary producers in Australia endure similar failures from government awareness and social lisencing. This is an opportunity to show support for those in our community who stand staunch against those who seek to harm our community, way of life and weaken our united resolve. Either directly by force, or passively, securing incremental change till we don't recognize our own beliefs and lifestyle. Western Queensland, its community and environment gave me a opportunity to relearn my depths of resiliance. I now regularly invite operators, former and current, to come and experience what the true Australia still offers... opportunity to feel apart of this country and find ways to seek out learning opportunities so we can seek truths of our own accord, not what others would spoon feed us so we can be part of a world they want. Without Warning, lest we forget. Aps, Chucky, Scott P, Scott S, Viv, Chidge Rough men rest in peace, while others still stand ready to do violence on our behalf, so that we may sleep peaceful in our beds at night. https://www.change.org/p/governor-general-of-australia-his-

01.01.2022 That's a wrap for our third branding ever. Big thanks to our muster crew, team Douglas and Co. Having the young legs this year definatley helped keeps things moving, and with smiles all day long mind you! With only 2 rain events In the last 12 months we were thankful for the great job our cows have done on their calves to date, with nothing but mulga forage. Here's hoping Huey has some love for us in the next couple of weeks.
